夏天即將來臨,不少民眾開始減肥計畫。不過,坊間減肥偏方百百種,如何瘦身才能健康
不傷身?專家強調,少吃、多動、有恆心是減肥的不二法門,建議想減肥的民眾,每天攝
取熱量應減少500大卡,不到一個月最多可瘦4公斤。
中華民國肥胖研究學會副理事長蕭敦仁表示,想減肥的民眾,每天攝取的熱量應減少500
大卡。他舉例,若體重為60公斤,想維持目前的體重,每天攝取的熱量應限制為1800大卡
;若想減重,則應減少攝取500大卡。而攝取食物的比例,應為碳水化合物5:脂防3:蛋
白質2。
蕭敦仁強調,減肥重點就是少吃、多動、有恆心,其中少吃較多動重要,想減肥的民眾千
萬要忌口,另外也應養成天天量體重的習慣,最好的測量時間為早上起床上完廁所後,其
次為晚上洗澡後,「天天量體重,可督促自己」。
減重多少不傷身?蕭敦仁指出,遵循少吃、多動、有恆心,以及每天捨少攝取500大卡的
模式,一星期後約可減重0.5至1公斤,一個月內約可減重2至4公斤,只要不超過4公斤都
在身體可承受的範圍,不會傷身。
